Use a clean cloth intended for the surface. Keep wheel, tyre, paint, glass, and interior cloths separate. Remove tags that could contact the surface and avoid trapping grit in the fibres.
Test cleaners on a hidden area, apply product to the cloth when the manufacturer recommends it, and use light pressure. Wash microfiber separately without fabric softener and allow it to dry fully before storage.
