Returns, exchanges and refunds

We want every order to be suitable for the vehicle and compliant with Egyptian consumer-protection requirements.

14-day return right

You may request an exchange or return with a refund within 14 days after receiving an eligible item, without giving a reason and without return costs, subject only to the exceptions permitted by applicable Egyptian law. For a no-fault return, please keep the item in the condition in which it was received, with its accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is defective, damaged, not as described, or we confirmed it would fit and it does not fit the vehicle details supplied with the order, contact us as soon as practical. Egyptian consumer rules provide a 30-day exchange or return period for defective goods. Necessary inspection or reasonable testing does not remove your statutory rights.

Fitment

For vehicle-specific accessories, provide the make, model, model year, and generation or chassis code when requested. We check compatibility before dispatch. If our confirmed fitment is wrong, we will arrange an exchange or return at no cost. Supplying incomplete or incorrect vehicle details can delay fulfilment; your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

How to request a return

Use our Contact page and include the order number, the item, the reason for the request, and photographs when damage or fitment is involved. Cover any private information visible in registration or vehicle documents. We will provide return instructions before anything is sent back.

Exceptions

A return may be refused only where an exception allowed by law applies, including an item made to customer-specified requirements that matches those requirements, an item changed or damaged by the customer, or an item whose nature or condition lawfully prevents return. This does not restrict rights relating to defects, misdescription, or an incorrect item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree a secure refund method with you. We do not charge arbitrary restocking fees. Delivery or return costs are handled in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
