Terms of service

These terms apply to use of the Car Accessories online store and to orders placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies displayed at checkout. Mandatory rights under Egyptian law are not excluded or reduced.

Products and fitment

Product information describes the item offered at the time of sale. Collection artwork may be illustrative and is labelled as such; exact product pages must show the item supplied. For vehicle-specific products, you must provide accurate make, model, year, and generation or chassis details when requested. We confirm fitment before dispatch.

Orders and availability

Submitting checkout creates an order request. We may contact you to confirm identity, delivery details, fitment, stock, price, or the delivery window before fulfilment. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is insufficient, the address is outside an active zone, or the order cannot be fulfilled lawfully or safely. Any amount already paid will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. The total displayed at checkout includes the applicable delivery charge. Cash on delivery is accepted where available. Card or wallet payments will be offered only when a supported provider is activated in checkout.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by the Shipping policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Return and refund policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit false orders, or use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, and original artwork may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Vehicle-manufacturer names may be used only to describe compatibility. Car Accessories is not affiliated with or endorsed by BMW or any other vehicle manufacturer unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. Accessories must be installed and used according to the product instructions; professional installation may be required where stated.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
